 About Us

Continental Group of Institutes introduced Senior Secondary Division at Continental Institute of Engineering and Technology (CIET), Jalvehra in 2009. The senior secondary division of CIET conducts the 10+1 and 10+2 classes in affiliation with Punjab School Education Board (PSEB). The students are assured of a career path for higher education in the field of their choice within the Institutes of the Group. Continental group has brought various programs in diverse educational fields under one roof. The focus of group is on providing a wide arena in academics to the students starting from higher secondary Science, stretching to degree courses in multiple fields at International as well as National level.

 Eligibility Criteria

For admission in class 10+1: The student should have successfully completed his/her Class 10 board examination.

For admission in class 10+2: The student should have successfully completed his/her Class 10+1 final examination.

  Fee Structure

 Annual Fee of 10+1 and 10+2

 The above fee may be paid in two equal installments, one at the time of admission or in the starting of the semester and the second installment by October 30.

Academic Session

 The whole academic year is divided in two semesters. The first semester starts from April 1 and the second semester starts from October 1.


 Registrations open for admission in 10+1 and 10+2 (medical & non-medical streams) for 2013-14. The new session will start on April 15, 2013.

  • Amritpal Singh secured highest marks (78.6 %) in first semester board examination of 10+2 (non medical stream) and Simranjeet Kaur Mann secured highest marks (72 %) in first semester board examination of 10+2 (medical stream)
  • Pardeep Kaur, student of 10+1 (non-medical stream) won the title of best athlete (female) in the annual sports meet of CGI for grabbing highest number of medals among the female participants of all the four institutes.
